Product Description
The Vacuum Insulated Pipeline (VIP) is a double-wall, vacuum insulated modular pipeline system engineered for cryogenic liquid transfer. Each module features a 20 mm ID inner process pipe, flange-ended joints, and a factory-evacuated annular space, complemented by flexible vacuum insulated hose sections at source and transfer nozzles.
The modular architecture enables rapid, reliable assembly across varying site layouts and terrain conditions, while minimizing field welding and vacuum work.

Standard supply includes 2.5 m and 1.0 m straight VIP modules, flexible vacuum insulated hose assemblies, flange connection kits with gaskets and bolting, pipe supports, general arrangement (GA) drawing, installation and commissioning manual, and factory test certificates (hydrotest, vacuum integrity, and helium leak test).
