Cryogenic Filling Skids

Skid-mounted centrifugal liquid pumping and high-pressure gas cylinder filling systems for nitrogen, oxygen, argon and LNG.

1.1 Cryogenic Liquid Pumping Skid

The Cryogenic low-pressure liquid transfer skid is a fully integrated, skid-mounted system designed for efficient transfer and low-pressure filling of cryogenic liquid such as nitrogen, oxygen and argon. The system comprises two Cryogenic Centrifugal pumps, connected with a filling manifold, control valve, NRV, PRV, VFD-PLC control cabinet, and all necessary interconnecting piping and hoses, delivering a compact, ready-to-install solution.

Cryogenic liquid is drawn through a vacuum insulated pipe at the pump inlet and pumped by centrifugal mechanism, converting it to higher pressure liquid for tank filling or downstream applications. One pump operates while the second remains on standby, with PLC integration to source and storage tank level transmitters activating pumps automatically at desired levels.

1.2 Cryogenic Gas Cylinder Filling Skid

The Cryogenic Liquid High-Pressure Gas Filling Skid is a fully integrated, skid-mounted system for efficient transfer and high-pressure filling of industrial gases such as nitrogen, oxygen and argon. It comprises a vacuum-insulated reciprocating pump, ambient air vaporizer, filling manifold, pump control cabinet, and all necessary interconnecting piping and hoses.

Cryogenic liquid is pressurized through the high-performance reciprocating pump and vaporized using an ambient air vaporizer, converting it to high-pressure gaseous form for cylinder filling or downstream applications.
